Clinical Application Specialist/Clinical Field Trainer

Crystal Sinclair has over 12 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland. While gaining experience in the NICU and Pediatric Trauma Center, she acted as the lead therapist, which included roles on the transport and rapid response resuscitation teams. She specialized in high-risk deliveries, conducted respiratory lectures for all clinicians, and participated in a multidisciplinary, unit-based safety group to streamline best practices in the NICU.

In her current role as Clinical Application Specialist/Clinical Field Trainer, Crystal works with Sentec’s Respiratory Solutions team, focusing on IPV technology. She crafts educational content and training on IPV for the Sentec team, and educates clinicians in the field. During her tenure with Sentec, Crystal has also worked to educate clinicians about the importance of transcutaneous monitoring. She will continue to support and educate on the entire Sentec product line.

Crystal has a passion for education and helping others. She graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University, earning her Bachelor’s degree of Health Science in Respiratory Care . She is a credentialed Neonatal Pediatric Specialist and is a current member of the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) and the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

When she is not in the field supporting customer education, she loves to spend time with her family and her giant Goldendoodle, Teddy. She enjoys sporting events, time outdoors, and trips to the beach.
