Software for the tCOM+

tCOM+ Software Download

The tCOM+ update requires a PC to download the software, a USB-C drive, and the tCOM+ device. The update should not take longer than 15 minutes.

To update the tCOM+

  • Click on the download button, which download a zip file to your folder containing:

    • Sentec_tCOM+_Software_release_VXX.XX.XX.7z.sha256
    • Sentec_tCOM+_Software_release_ VXX.XX.XX.7z

  • Insert a USB-C flash drive to your PC and extract the two files in the zip folder onto the USB drive .

  • Insert the USB-C into the tCOM+ using the USB port on the left side of the monitor.
  • On the tCOM+, navigate to the update screen via the Main Menu > Advanced Settings.
  • Enter the admin password, then select Software Update.
  • The software update screen displays the current software and the updated software version available on the USB-C. Select Start Update to begin.

  • The monitor display will go dark, then will display Copying Update, then Verifying Update, then Update in Progress.

      • Note: Once the Verifying Update message is displayed, the USB-C may be removed from the tCOM+.
  • During the update, the tCOM+ will reboot twice. Please wait until the update is finished before interacting with the monitor.
  • Once the update is complete, the tCOM+ will display the Profile Selection menu. Select the desired profile and let the sensor calibrate. Once the monitor reads Ready for use, you may begin monitoring.
