He has spearheaded initiatives to enhance organizational structure, physician evaluation, and data-driven quality improvements. With a background in biophysics and a passion for research, Dr. Swanson has played a pivotal role in advancing pediatric services, implementing Lean management principles, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaborations to improve patient care. His leadership extends beyond the hospital, serving on various boards and contributing to global healthcare initiatives.
