Clinical Application Specialist, Sentec

Zachary Forlano has 10 years of experience specializing in neonatal intensive care at level-4 NICUs, including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). He is currently a credentialed NICU RN at CHOC and specializes in high-risk neonatal resuscitation for both CHOC and Providence St. Joseph’s Labor & Delivery department. 

He also works as a Clinical Application Specialist at Sentec. In this role, he educates and trains clinicians across the country on the use of transcutaneous CO2 monitoring. 

Zachary has earned a bachelor’s degree in health science from Drexel University, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Concordia University Irvine, and a master’s degree in nursing education from Drexel University, where he specialized as a clinical nurse educator. 

Zachary believes that regardless of how minuscule our actions are, we’re given the opportunity to change the trajectories of our patients’ lives and those of their families.
